Our Team

Umbrella is made up of an enthusiastic and hardworking team of people. We have a Centre manager, chef and assistant in the kitchen. Then we have a team of dedicated volunteers who welcome visitors and are able to chat and make people feel comfortable. Some volunteers run our daily activities; others work to maintain the building and garden. The Centre is overseen by a board of Trustees who come from diverse backgrounds – the NHS; business; engineering; law and education sectors and they bring a range of skills to the organisation.
